Delivery Charges
Our charges depend on the size of your order and where you live. We mostly deliver to Chesterfield and surrounding areas for FREE assuming minimum order has been met. Otherwise, a delivery charge may be incurred. Of course, you can click and collect directly from the Chesterfield Shop or our offices for FREE!

Important notes about fireworks delivery
Fireworks are dangerous. We cannot send them through the post or by normal courier service company. We can deliver them to you if you live close to our offices in Chesterfield or Nottingham and in-between. Please call ahead to discuss delivery options if you live outside the Chesterfield area.
WE CANNOT CURRENTLY DELIVER TO THE REST OF THE UK. Due to the nature of goods, we cannot send by post or send with third party delivery courier.
You can come to our Retail outlet in Chesterfield to collect your order. Or we can sometimes arrange for you to collect from our offices in Chesterfield or Nottingham. Please call ahead to discuss if you prefer to collect elsewhere other than our Chesterfield Shop.
To help us confirm your delivery / collection please follow these simple instructions:
- Place your order through the shop on this website.
- Checkout in the usual way, making sure all your information is correct. Clicking either delivery or click and collect pick up.
- You will not be asked for payment on-line. This helps us to keep your finance details secure. We will never store them in our systems.
- We will contact you as soon as we can to confirm your order and arrange payment.
- We will agree a provisional delivery date with you. Please consider when your event is and that they may be delivered close to the desired date or up to a week before depending on delivery capacity during our peak time. Most deliveries for Bonfire Night will be made during late October. Deliveries for New Year’s Eve will be made after Christmas. If for any reason you require special attention outside of these please call us and speak to us directly.
- Someone over 18 years of age will have to be in when we deliver your fireworks and sign for them.
- We cannot leave fireworks at another address, or with anyone who is under 18 of age.
- If you are not in when we attempt to deliver your fireworks, we will have to charge you for a redelivery attempt.
